Super Private Parties

We’re excited to offer the Museum for Private Birthday Parties!  This is an unique opportunity for just you and a small group of family or friends to explore the entire Museum together.  The Museum will be deep cleaned between all parties. 

Private Party Rentals:

Cost: $400
Available on Sundays only

  • 2-hour rental of the entire Museum, including party rooms
  • Access to all of Museum exhibits
  • Maximum of 36 people (includes adults and kids)
  • We kindly ask that you adhere to our person maximum.  If you go over this maximum, a $10 per person fee will be added to your rental fee.

Limited space is available and reservations must be made 2 weeks in advance.

Outside food and drink, including cake, is welcome! Tabletop decorations, such as balloons, tablecloths, and centerpieces are also allowed. Please no alcohol, red or purple juices, or confetti.

  • Pizza from Mici Handcrafted Italian
    • 16″ Cheese: $13.50 / 16 double cut slices
    • 16″ One-Topping: $14.99 / 16 double cut slices
    • 10″ Personal Gluten Free Cheese or 1-Topping: $13.50 – 4 Slices
    • Any Additional Toppings: $1.50
    • A $4 service fee will be added to all pizza orders
  • Cupcakes from Eats & Sweets
    • Large Cupcakes – Order by the dozen. Options include vanilla or chocolate cupcakes; topped with vanilla buttercream frosting and sprinkles.  Cost is $49 plus tax.
    • Mini Cupcakes – Includes 30 mini cupcakes.  Options include vanilla or chocolate cupcakes; topped with vanilla buttercream frosting and sprinkles. Cost is $53 plus tax.
    • Gluten-Free Mini Cupcakes – Includes 30 mini cupcakes.  Chocolate only. Cost is $56 plus tax.
    • Cookie & Brownie Platter- Small (feeds 20)- $40 plus tax. Large (feeds 40-50)- $65 plus tax.
  • Sandwich Platters from Eats & Sweets
    • Grown-Up Sandwich Platter – Serves 5 adults or “snacks” 10 adults.  Choice of 2 different sandwiches per platter. Sandwich options include: Italian, Roast Beef, Turkey and Vegetarian Caprese.  Cost is $48 plus tax.
    • Kids Sandwich Platter – Serves 15 kids, includes 30 half sandwiches.  Choice of 2 different sandwiches per platter.  Sandwich options include: Organic PB&J, Ham & Cheese, and Turkey & Cheese.  Cost is $48 plus tax.
    • Gluten-Free Option Available. Cost is $58 per platter.
  • Place Settings- Plate, Cup, Napkin, and Fork for each Child
    • $1 per place setting
    • Color options include: Black, White, Red, Blue, Light Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Purple, Lavender, Hot Pink, Light Pink
  • 24-hour cancellation notice is required for Eats & Sweets orders.
  • Please Note: Tax will be added for food and supply add-ons.

Private Party Policies:

Two week advance reservation required.

Deposits are taken at the time of reservation and are deducted from your total on the party day. Deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations, WOW! will issue a credit for future services. Final payment is due at the conclusion of the birthday party.

Set Up/Clean Up: We pride ourselves on being able to give the Museum and Activity Rooms a deep clean in-between parties, and so need party guests to be mindful of arrival and departure times. You are welcome to arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time and leave no more than 15 minutes after your end time. If you stay beyond this grace period, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged for the full amount of the party price. 

Any sibling(s) of a party guest, who is either dropped off with the party guest or stays with an adult for the private party is considered to be included in the party. Please be aware that private party rates are assessed for all attending siblings at private parties.

Please leave items such as, piñatas, confetti and silly string at home as the Museum is unable to accommodate them. Also, please no red or purple juice as it stains tables and floors. Alcohol is not permitted.

Active adult supervision of all children in the party is required to ensure that the Museum atmosphere is safe, pleasant, and rewarding for everyone!
