WOW! Children’s Museum Awarded $46,207 from SCFD Tier III

Lafayette, Colorado – WOW! Children’s Museum (World of Wonder) is pleased to announce that the Museum has received $46,207 in grants from the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District (SCFD), Tier III.

This year, WOW! has received three separate grants from SCFD, Tier III including a $26,873 general operating support grant from Boulder County SCFD; a $13,500 general operating and a $2,134 program grant from Adams County SCFD and a $3,700 program grant from Broomfield County SCFD. WOW! will use the Adams County program grant to provide outreach science programming to Adams County Head Start classrooms and the Broomfield County program grant to provide outreach science programming to families at the Mamie Doud Eisenhower Library.

These grants will allow the Museum to continue to bring quality arts, science and cultural programs and exhibits to children and their families in our community.
